Emotion in Balance is in network with the following insurance plans:

New Jersey Insurance Companies

• Horizon Blue Cross of NJ

• Empire Blue Cross

• Anthem Blue Cross

• United Health (United Behavioral; Oscar; NJE)

It is highly recommended that you check with your insurance company with any questions about what your plan covers in the effort of avoiding unexpected costs. Clients are responsible for costs incurred from services rendered, whether their insurance will cover them or not. Most plans require clients to pay a copay at each visit. Copays vary depending on individual plans. Some plans require clients to meet a deductible prior to covering the cost of therapy sessions.

No Insurance

If you do not have insurance that we participate in and your plan has "out of network" benefits, we will submit claims for you to get you reimbursed quickly. We can also provide you with a form if you prefer to submit yourself.

Fees

The starting fee for ‘out-of-pocket’ therapy services is the following:

• $300 per 60 minute initial assessment session.

• $275 per 50 minute couple/family therapy session.

• $225 per 45 minute individual therapy session.

Payment

Payment is all major credit cards only. Co-pays are expected at the time of service.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you be charged a $50 missed session fee.
